Baked Porkchop Rice
Café de Coral is a Hong Kong
fast-food chain that serves quick and filling food at very good prices. One of the most popular dishes is the baked porkchop rice. It has a thick slice of breaded porkchop placed over a bed of rice, with chunky tomato sauce ladled on top. It is then baked and served hot in a deep dish. The portion size is good. But I found that it needed a couple of dashes of liquid seasoning to satisfy my taste buds. Still, it's a good dish to try.
