Cocktail Brunches at Café Adelaide
A joint endeavor between cocktail maven Lu Brow and chef Carl Schaubhut, the quarterly themed cocktail brunches at Café Adelaide involve multiple courses and libations—and may leave you more hungover than you started. Never mind. A recent theme was Hangover Hospital. If you're lucky, Schaubhut's take on yakamein called Hair of the Hog—ham hock broth, green chile-glazed pork belly, and spaghetti with pea sprouts and pickled chiles, topped with a sous-vide egg—will be on the menu.
