The menu at Brasserie S&P, located on the ground floor of the hotel, takes advantage of California’s enviable produce. The ingredients aren’t all that’s local; the whole menu shows a commitment to a Californian philosophy and taste. It’s clear at breakfast, where wildberry flax seed smoothies are served alongside huevos rancheros and eggs benedict with tarragon hollandaise. At dinner, depending on the season, the menu opens up with farm greens, grilled octopus, and charcuterie plates, with ribeye steak served alongside local vegetables to finish the evening. (And for dessert, return to your room, get comfortable, and order a slice of cheesecake or glass of champagne.)
