El Pimpi is nothing short of an institution. This bodega, or traditional wine bar, near the Picasso Museum is raucous and enormous with a series of small indoor rooms and outdoor seating that overlooks the Roman Theater ruins. It’s a daily show as waiters serve drinks with a flourish.
