Take a Hike
At the pinnacle of Blue Mountain—part of the Niagara Escarpment—you can find the highest point of the Bruce Trail, Canada’s oldest hiking destination. From here you get fantastic views of both the escarpment (a UNESCO-designated biosphere) at Osler Bluff Lookout and the waters of Georgian Bay, sometimes called, "the sixth Great Lake." But that’s hardly your only option. They offer daily guided hikes up the mountain—one trail grueling, one suited for the rest of us.
For the ultimate in wellness activities, check with your hotel. Visit year round and come summer you can take a guided hike and follow it with a yoga session beside the picturesque Millpond.
