You may think you have had great fish and chips but until you go to Bia Mara, in Brussels, you have not! I used to think that in order to get great, authentic food I had to go to England and we did a couple of times since it’s so close. But since I found out about Bia Mara I am done with that. The food is amazing, the fish is always fresh, never greasy, the sauces are amazing, the garlic truffle one being my favorite! The owner, Barry, is a sweet and gentle Irish man, who is very attentive to his customers and strives for perfection when it comes to the food served in his restaurant. Go there, try the food and correct me if I am wrong and blame me when you are hooked on it as I am :))
