Bhoga is pure joy for foodies who have an open mind and a love of veggies (and natural wine). Gustav Knutson and Niclas Yngvesson are two chefs who value the freedom of going their own way after having worked for top chefs both in Sweden
and abroad. They use locally sourced products to create ambitious new Swedish cuisine like Amandine potatoes with sorrel and Wrångebäck hard cheese, or lamb with leek, wild garlic, and blackcurrent. Set menus only, from three to nine dishes.
