Scuba divers are drawn to Fiji for many different reasons, one of those being the chance to dive with sharks.
Not just little reef sharks and babies casually cruising along the ocean floor, but the big boys - the bull sharks.
Situated on the southern coast of Viti Levu, Pacific Harbour is home to Fiji's famous shark dive. The area has been transformed into a marine reserve, helping protect shark numbers and other marine life from being fished out.
Divers need to be Advanced Open Water certified or equivalent, or have completed at least 30 dives, due to the confidence required to come face to face with these mighty apex predators and the diving depths.
Prepare to observe the mighty bull sharks feeding just metres in front of you, feeling the thrash of the water as a shark thrusts its way past with its powerful caudal fin. You are most definitely in shark territory on this dive with no cage to protect you - just you and these incredible creatures of the sea.
