Inside Ben Le Prevost’s shop on Mill Street in the Old Quarter you'll find a feast for the eyes: His award-winning chocolates, made by hand in the back of the shop with local butter, cream and herbs, come in all colors and shapes. They're a feast for the mouth, too, tasting even better than they look. Sichuan pepper, pea, miso and roasted parsnip are among his more unusual flavors. Buy a box of 36 assorted chocolates or highly portable tins of chocolate almonds.
