Literature Fanatics, Rejoice!
Palo Alto remains home to many long-running family businesses, one of the eldest being Bell’s Bookstore in downtown. It is nigh-impossible to comprehend the incredible selection of literature and artistry Bell’s has managed to accumulate without having a gander yourself. With many vintage works, one of the more impressive currently being a first edition of Mark Twain’s Tom Sawyer Abroad, Bell’s has numerous reads for both the casual reader and the literature collector alike. One of the largest family owned bookstores in the Bay Area, Bell's is a can't-miss stop.
