One of Ireland’s most celebrated luster-finished chinas comes from Belleek Pottery, which is set on the banks of the River Erne just over the border in Northern Ireland’s County Fermanagh. The visitor center charts the beginnings of the pottery industry at the Castle Caldwell Estate right up to the successful and wide-ranging company found on-site today. Guided tours detail the elaborate process involved to create each piece. (And don't miss the shop and tearoom.)
