Climb the 336 steps to the top of Bruges's original tourist attraction, the 83-meter medieval bell tower that rises above the main square. The views across the city to the windmill-studded ramparts beyond are spectacular. On the narrow, steep ascent to the observation deck, you'll explore the old municipal treasure, enjoy an inside-out view of the clock that adorns the tower's Gothic facade and get a close-up view of the 47 bells of the majestic carillon that chime every 15 minutes.
