Mons, early Sunday October morningThere is nothing like roaming your own town with a camera. You can do it without a camera but with one, you are more open to looking around and staring at gargoyles on the collegiale, soccer stickers stuck on the back of road signs and trees getting ready for the soon-to-come winter winds.
I did this on Sunday and shot a bunch of photos including the structure that dominates the Mons' skyline - the bellfry. To be honest, that makes up the whole skyline.
In the foreground is the collegiale, which is almost a cathedral, with a few gargoyles keeping watch over the cobbled streets below.
