Cooking is an important part for all of us but to have the opportunity to do it with a star Chef is something special. Chef Stefan Hermann's restaurant is called bean&beluga because it represents the fact that in his restaurant he cooks from the simplest meals to the very sophisticated ones. I love that even though it's a Michelin star restaurant, it has a modest and intimate feel. No need for over sophistication to enjoy a great meal. We cooked a lovely vegetarian dish; a artichoke/asparagus salad topped with pine nuts. Simple and delicious.
