Bar Rochford is situated in the Melbourne
building in the heart of Canberra, Australia
. The bar was a little loud when we arrived, but we were greeted with an impressive wine and whisky menu to start off our night; in particular, the Starward whisky (Victoria) is not to be missed. Standouts for dinner include the Beet Mousse, which had an interesting presentation and well balanced flavors, and the Eggplant with Korean Chilli Jam. The menu is seasonal and based on what we had, this place is worth many more visits when we make a trip to Canberra.
