You can't go to a disco in Milan without experiencing an edicola. L'edicola are newstands by day and bars by night, a beautiful consequence of Italy's lack of open container laws. Instead of spending 5-25 euro on a drink inside a discoteca (dance club), you can go outside and find one of many edicole around the city.
This one is located just outside Old Fashion, a popular night club in Milan. You can drink here for a normal (well normal for a big city) price. Shots, beer, wine and limited cocktails to spice up your night the true Italian style before you head in to dance the night away with your Italian stallion.
This edicola was run by two Russian sisters, both very friendly. During the day it serves cold drinks and panini (sandwiches) to the park goers, as it is located just across the street from Parco Sempione, Milan's central park.
