Modern take on Chinese cuisine
Bambudda is a hot new restaurant in the heart of the eclectic Gastown district of Vancouver. The Bubble Tea cocktail (pictured) is delicious. Menu features a creative line up of small and not so small plates with lots of interesting combinations of local ingredients. Halibut Cheeks with snow peas and lettuce and crispy pig ears are great examples. A relaxing atmosphere - a true small restaurant feel with tables carefully appointed to facilitate conversations. Hip music and wonderful service.
