The charming owners of Baguette Bicycle saw an opportunity: to sell fresh, gourmet sandwiches in the CBD, around the Greenmarket Square/Wale Street area. The concept (and homemade pretzel bread) was so well received, they've expanded ever so slightly over the years to a food cart.
