Located across the street from the Gondola, the Aspen Square is a home away from home. From start to finish the kind staff will help ensure that your stay is one of the best. Every condo has its own unique style because they are individually owned and decorated but all of them are beautiful in their own way. One of the best aspects is the private balcony off of every guest room. Whether you are facing town or the mountain, it is always nice to sit on the balcony in the morning for breakfast or in the evening after a full day. They serve cookies every evening in the lobby and if you are lucky you might get to meet Chris Klug, the Olympic snowboarder who received a life-saving liver transplant and went on to win a bronze for snowboarding in the 2002 Olympics. His father is the General Manager and he stops by from time to time. If you visit in early December they always host a nighttime race up Aspen Mountain to benefit the Chris Klug Foundation. It is a heartwarming, fun event that I would definitely recommend.
