Asociación Charros De Jalisco (Lienzo Charros de Jalisco)

See a Real Mexican Rodeo
Don't remind Mexico's rabid soccer fans, but the country's official national sport is charreria, or Western-style riding and roping, and the best place to see it is in Guadalajara.

Each September, the National Charro Championship draws participants from all over the world to the capital of charreria, but these fancy rodeo skills can be seen throughout the year at one of Guadalajara's lienzos, or arenas.

One of the most popular charreria venues is Lienzo Charros de Jalisco, where men, women, and children compete for bragging rights while mariachis amp up the audience with their lively music.

Buy your ticket and join people of all ages and backgrounds for an afternoon of impressive sportsmanship.
