Relaxed Med dining on Middle Road
Chef Bjorn Shen takes a cheeky, no-holds-barred approach to cooking. He uses as many local ingredients as possible (and in sticky, buggy Singapore that takes a lot of leg work and constant weeding) and puts a lot of thought into the mostly sharing plate-sized dishes at his med-inspired restaurant. Take brunch on the leafy terrace or call 48 hours ahead to pre-order the Lambgasm, which feeds 5 or more people. And yes, that dish lives up to its name.
