One of the country’s oldest art museums features an inspiring and often progressive array of works by local and international artists across its 17,000 square meters (183,000 square feet). But many visitors head straight for its contemporary rooftop art installation: a 150-meter (500-foot) glass-walled circular walkway created by the Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson in all the colors of the rainbow. It’s both a beautiful work of art and a unique way to view the city and the sunlight as visitors move through the full spectrum of colors.
