Walking around Antigua is quite the painless experience. With the streets set up in a very navigable grid, working one's way around the city centre is a must-do. You can't help but be charmed by the colourful collection of buildings bracketing the cobblestone streets––anyone with any excuse for a camera will be clamoring to snap pictures of each and every facade. Personally, I was most taken by the areas left in beautiful decay, those that escaped the eager painters' buckets lurking around every corner.
