Chef Andre Rochat has been a legend in Las Vegas almost since the moment he opened his eponymous restaurant downtown about 30 years ago. This newer outpost near Summerlin blends French-bistro and American-tavern food expertly. The restaurant has a popular array of dishes at brunch, complete with classic and craft cocktails. Regulars recommend both the duck-fat fries and the frog legs Provençal, with garlic, white wine, and tomato concassé. Happy-hour prices are reasonable and apply to the main menu as well as the cocktails.
