The World's Oldest Church?

This heavily restored church, located in the village of Kish, a few miles north of Sheki, in Azerbaijan, is possibly the world’s oldest church. No one is 100 percent certain, since when it was discovered in the last century, the structure was in ruins, but scholars believe it is the church of St. Elishe, a first-century church where the apostle of the same name came to convert pagans.
