Two Vancouverites moved to Mexico to buy a 25-acre plot of farmland, which in addition to producing crops serves as the foundation for an open-air restaurant specializing in—what else?—garden-fresh dishes. You can order à la carte, but the seven-course tasting menu will let you try a range of Baja flavors. While options vary based on what's in season and available, expect main choices to include octopus, lamb and chicken.
