A.C.'s Bar & Grill

467 King St, Charleston, SC 29403, USA

King Street has no loss for places to have a nice Sunday brunch. AC’s is not one of those places. Known as the college students’ hangout for their cheap beers, the mood shifts come Sunday mornings when the same hipsters show up to drink $1.50 mimosas, Bloody Marys or even PBRs. The brunch menu is everything you could need to soak up last night’s booze, from hashbrowns to omelettes to my personal favorite, chicken and waffles. There’s usually some sort of theme to the menu, be it the Super Bowl or Willy Wonka. It can be hard to find a table come 12:30, so get there at 11:00. Find a menu and order at the bar. Your number will turn up by the kitchen, where you can grab your food and dig in.
