The restaurant at the 3 Nagas Hotel in Luang Prabang, Laos, offers many delicious choices for lunch and dinner. Menu items include Kaengnor Sai Yanag (bamboo soup with bitter leaves), Pla Thod Khing (fried fillet of makohng fish with ginger sauce), and Phanaeng Kai (shredded chicken, minced pork and buffalo skin cooked in coconut milk and curry). And be sure to leave room for a traditional Laotian desert, like Kaow Khum Mak Kluy (stuffed sticky rice with banana and home made Ice cream). I eat here every time I am in Luang Prabang. And if you stay at the hotel you can ride in their beautiful vintage Citroen.
