hi Ian...its a pretty laid back coastal town..if you're into windsurfing and similar watersports..its great for that...as its always very windy there....the medina is just the right size for exploring...and there is a music festival there...I think usually at the end of June

Such a wonderful town! If you're a foodie, then make sure you have some of the days catch at one of the fish restaurants at the port and then eat a yummy pastry (or two) at Patisserie Driss. There are wonderful souks of the basic touristy stuff and lots of gorgeous silver to be found. For nightlife check out the Taros night club - it's on a rooftop and has great live music. For sights visit the citadel/fort and walk through the Mellah - the Jewish quarter. And there's of course the very windy beach, destination for many windsurfers!
