Looking for great one-day cooking classes near Lucca (Tuscany) Italy. Any suggestions?

Hi Laura,

I love taking cooking classes while traveling abroad! It's such a great way to experience the culture while you're there and enjoy it when you return home. I haven't taken a class in Tuscany but I did come across a few good answers to a similar question. Perhaps this question thread or these users will help:  

we'll be going to Tuscany/Umbrian Border to our regular week in October and want to take a cooking class. Have any of you done that before? & Where?
