Question

Im looking into going fishing on a chartered boat from the Oregon or Northern California coast (Astoria, OR down to Shelter Cove, CA) within the next week. Does anyone have any suggestions on a particular company or boat to go out on, or what coastal city/town I should look into? Has anybody else gone out on a boat in these areas, even for whale watching? Thanks in advance.
