We did a nice little day hike. It's a loop from the picnic area at the end of the road down into the canyon. That drive is spectacular, and then the hike was a good way to stretch our legs. Probably took an hour or less. It made me want to go back and get deeper in the backcountry. I'm jealous.

Don't know about hikes, but just staring at the trees is awe inspiring. Enjoy.
