I would like to confirm whether or not it's possible to purchase a visa for Ghana in the airport upon arrival. I'll be arriving around 9pm on Sunday night and want to know if it's a feasible option.

Yes, you can purchase a visa in the airport for a fee. It helped to have a letter of invitation from a local.
