Hello! I'm looking for some guidance on train routes from Barcelona to Toulouse via the Pyrenees if possible. I have no time constraints so am open to any interesting routes and overnight stays along the way. Thanks in advance!

You can take a train from Barcelona to San Sebastian and rent a car to drive to Toulouse - I drove from in that direction from San Sebastian to Lourdes, France a few years ago and it was quite easy to do, plus the scenery was great!

Take the direct route through the mountains and change trains (I think you have no option you have to) at La Tour de Carol, the smallest international train station in France/Spain and possibly in Europe.

(sorry Melissa, but Barcelona-San Sebastian-Toulouse is a detour of several hundred kilometers, but the scenery is great indeed)

If you wish you could go up the coast by train and stay overnight in Perpignan, Narbonne or Carcassonne, all of which are on the way. It's not a fast ride, but the scenery is nice and any of those cities would make an interesting stop. You could rent a car at any point to complete the trip, if preferred. Go to www.eurail.com and download a map to see all the routes.
