I used Wind Horse tours and they were good but honestly theallow all priced the same and very regulated so I think any are fine. You will like Bhutan, my wife, kids and I, loved it.

Guides Of Bhutan are an excellent outfit with top guides and a British partner - they feature in this month's Outside and offer all the regular stuff plus biking, rafting, archery and trekking.

We were just there a few months ago and used this company: http://bhutannamdruk.com/. It's owned and run by a man named Thinley, who is very friendly and outgoing. He is very keen on hiking/trekking and will customize any itinerary for you.

I recommend Tobgay, independent guide, lives in Paro, works with different agencies. He is very good and funny.
His email: uncletobgay@gmail.com

I was there in Oct/Nov, lead group for 13 days, second time in Bhutan, amazing place!
