Rest & Recharge at these Yoga Retreats
I spend at least 10% of my time at my desk job daydreaming about traveling (please don't tell my boss that though.) Usually, these dreams involve relaxing on some gorgeous coastline, practicing yoga, meditating, and just reconnecting to nature. These are the places I would do that at.

Yoga Underground

Ah, Istanbul, I have such a love affair with this glorious city- where the Eastern Exotic meets the modern West resulting in a unique and unparalleled city, rich in history, seeped in culture, splashed with magnificent architecture, never-ending energy and vibrant color.

Practicing yoga in the ancient underground cistern in Sultanahmet is one of those once in a lifetime experiences that if you can pull off, you will never forget. After lots of negotiation we managed to get our Escape To Shape guests in to practice yoga. It's definitely not easy to pull off, but if you do, it's truly unforgettable.
