Upon entry into this new Miami eatery you'll notice The Vagabond's bright and cheery open space. On the surround-sound stereo you'll hear a playlist, reminiscent of 1970's California.
The interior is heavily design focused and very bright during the daytime. The convergence of elegance, edge and retro-modernity really shines in the dining space. The art is fresh, stimulating and beautifully curated with a notable galactic ceiling sharpie installation.
The robust menu is a fusion of American, Mexican, Japanese, European and even Israeli food. Most dishes are Tapas style plates which makes it great because you can order a lot of different things and share. Notable entrees include the Gnocchi, Lamb, Short Rib, Vagabond Burger, and grilled Iberico diafragma, just to name a few. If you only try one dish, make it the pistachio dessert. It's a cake crumble over yogurt with roasted white chocolate.
The Vagabond a great place to go get drinks and listen to live music by the pool. Be sure to try the High Point Bourbon Milk cocktail. It's silky smooth and had the perfect amount of sweetness.
