At the southernmost tip of the Americas are the planet’s least-visited corners. Belonging to both Argentina and Chile, we will straddle the border between them. There are no roads here, but our guide leads the way as we hike through peerless mountain landscapes and into a brand-new national park that is still in the making. We stay in top-notch eco-lodges, swim in glacial lakes, and ramble through the Fitz Roy mountains. And we gently swaddle the wilderness journey with a bit of metropolis: visits to capital cities Buenos Aires and Santiago before and after the expedition.
