The Perfect Artichoke
I've eaten marinated artichoke hearts out of a jar since my childhood, and while they are a slice of culinary heaven (so to speak), they don't compare to the fresh deliciousness of an oil-soaked, pea and dill stuffed Turkish artichoke. They're easy to make and can be topped with beans as well. Dill is essential however.
