Oldest Theatre in London
The West End in London is famous for its theatre. If you're ever in town, you simply must catch a show. But why not enjoy a play or musical and experience a piece of history at the same time. The Theatre Royal, Drury Lane started life way back in 1663, making it the oldest theatre in London (though it has been rebuilt four times throughout the years). The list of classics that have been staged there includes "Oklahoma", "South Pacific", "My Fair Lady", "Sweeney Todd", "42nd Street" and "Miss Saigon".
