This dish is a party in the mouth. We all know sauternes are often paired with foie gras, but this caramlised popcorn pairing takes it to another level. Better yet? There's pop rock candy fizzling on the surface! The restaurant was awarded 1 michelin star by the Hong Kong /Macau guide for 2013.
