Playful Fare from a Top Chef
Chef Richard Blais, of Top Chef fame, is typically known for his more casual dining ventures like Flip Burger in Buckhead and Westside. But when he opened The Spence near the Georgia Tech campus, he elevated the dining scene the area. The menu full of playful items like oysters and pearls, the "Juicy Lucy" burger and macaroni and head cheese. Funky cocktails are also worth a try, with names like "Hooker with a Heart of Gold" and "Chocolate Milk Punch and Cookies."
