After spending some time with Cassie of Mag-Big, Rachael and I headed next-door (it’s in the same building) to grab some brunch at The Hazel Room Tea Lounge (the owners are Cassie’s good friends). Rachael enjoyed a fresh grapefruit beverage and three-bean pumpkin chili. I savored some baked eggs and pancetta with a buttermilk scone while sipping on a Bloody Gina. For dessert, what else would we order except espresso and the recommended banana cake? Nutella and bananas in the middle with cream cheese frosting. And we weren’t disappointed.
