The Georgian offers French-inspired cuisine with an emphasis on Northwest seafood and a regional wine list. Live jazz music is featured Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m.
Locavores will want to try the hotel’s own honey, harvested from its rooftop hives and featured in the honey-glazed pork belly, honey yogurt parfait, and honey-tangerine juice. Afternoon tea service is a tradition at the Georgian, and includes loose-leaf teas, champagne, tea sandwiches, house-made scones, and sweets; a children’s tea is also available. Reservations are recommended.
