This empire is always fresh of ideas so when proprietor Jen Agg's husband Roland Jean started having island-themed parties at Cocktail Bar, the idea was a concept to change their Raw Bar into Rhum Corner. Jean, who is of Haitian descent, has created a number of delicious dishes replicating the country's cuisine but done Black Hoof snack-style paired late night with your rum concoction. I am a big fan of the salt cod patties.
Of course, if you're a fan of rum in any style, you're in for a treat. Rum and cokes come in the pitcher; dark and stormys are a plenty and they even have pina colada and daiquiri slushies!
Paired with a relaxed setting and island music, it feels like you're on vacation here!
