This jewel box of a spot next to the legendary Station Inn live music venue in the Gulch includes a restaurant housed in a former shipping container as well as five-room boutique hotel. Chef Matt Bolus' seasonal menu might include crudo with pickled strawberry, pea tendrils, gruner and marcona almonds as well as plates of burrata or rabbit liver pate. Main courses could include peach and pork ragout or red snapper with yellow squash, zucchini, English peas and spring onions. As for the hotel rooms, the five rooms all with 23-foot ceilings come with Turkish-T towels and robes, Malin + Goetz toiletries and Sferra linens.
