Hidden away in the countryside of Northern Thailand, there is a beautiful place where elephants live, a place where they are protected and cared for.
The Conservation Center provides the option to feed the elephants, and to walk with them around the lake. You can stand by the watering hole, watch the baby elephants bathe and listen to the cacophony of wild mother nature in the countryside of Thailand. There is also a restaurant for visitors and a shop to purchase art painted by the elephants. There is an elephant show put on every day the center is open.
When you visit, stay for the show, watch the way the elephants will paint for you on their easel. If you are visiting in the summer, you can stand close to the wooden railing, stand in the heat of a Thai sun, watching colors grow on the page by the brush they hold by their trunk.
The landscape will become a green and happy part of your memory, something beautiful and loud. And the art you can take home will be proof of your experience, of the color you found in a place among giants.
