The best thing about this city foodwise is that you often find something delicious when you are least expecting it. This restaurant is hidden literally from plain sight. The interior is colorful, intimate and holds only a handful of tables. I feel like I am transported to a sushi bar in a Tokyo train station, every time.
The Barbie roll with its creamy crab interior, wrapped in a generous portion of salmon, and topped with a sliver of lemon, is what I envision every time I go. The freshness of the sashimi is undeniable, where the red tuna, salmon and yellowtail melt effortlessly in your mouth.
