Less than five minutes from exit A or C of the Kennedy Town station, you may face a uniquely Hong Kong dilemma: Will your sandwich from takeout spot Sunday’s Grocery be falafel or katsu? Matt Abergel and Lindsay Jang (famed for their yakitori joint, Yardbird) are probably the only people who could pull off both. The K-Town locals who crouch for a quick bite on soda crates out front also favor the “secret” Scotch egg sandwich and plenty of Japanese canned highballs.
