We took a friend's advice on what to order with little consultation of the menu. Imagine our surprise when our food was rolled out on its own table by a waiter wielding a blow torch! All eyes turned our way (much to our children's mortification) when the waiter set our salt-encrusted fish on fire. Afterward the salt was chiseled away, and what was left was a succulent, delicious white fish. Best we've ever eaten!
